Lot’s of improvements recently.

Finally I am able to roll on concrete with no pain.  However, after many repetitions, I begin to slightly bruise on my shoulder.  I’ll have to adjust my roll to solve that.

Tree movement has improved.  Today, during lunch, I was able to swing four (maybe three) branches consecutively without any stop in momentum.  A good start I think.

Jammed my pinky today, so no practice today.  Got the raceblades today, fit great and seem to have great grip.  I’ll have to see how the work out.

Goals:

- dead hang muscle-ups, tic-tac to fluid roll (work up to concrete), kong to roll.

Ok, I guess I forgot about this, but this is an update.

I plan on doing this more often than once a month, I promise.

Today - Worked on underbars, fluidity and linking various vaults together.  Then went on over to another park and worked on tree climbing.  I improved my fluidity, and finally accomplished an underbar in a tree.  Then, a rough branch ripped a callous off.  Ouch.

I can do a precision from 8.5’ away up to a single stair step.  I want to improve to a decent 9’.

After a gymnastics meet, I worked on parkour for about 2 hours.

Learned a roll on concrete with 0 pain or discomfort.  That was huge, now I have to get that roll more consistent and with greater speed/height.

Worked on flow, especially with my lazy vaults.

Improved use of tic tacs, I was always afraid to do them over a railing or such.  Tried it today, did it great.

Worked on landings from height, I have to make sure I keep my inner balls of my feet the first point of impact always, otherwise I tend to bruise my feet.

I am beginning to pick up stuff really fast now, so that’s good.  Must be all the gymnastics training.
