Lot’s of improvements recently. Finally I am able to roll on concrete with no pain. However, after many repetitions, I begin to slightly bruise on my shoulder. I’ll have to adjust my roll to solve that. Tree movement has improved. Today, during lunch, I was able to swing four (maybe three) branches consecutively without any stop in momentum. Ok, I guess I forgot about this, but this is an update. I plan on doing this more often than once a month, I promise. Today - Worked on underbars, fluidity and linking various vaults together. After a gymnastics meet, I worked on parkour for about 2 hours. Learned a roll on concrete with 0 pain or discomfort. That was huge, now I have to get that roll more consistent and with greater speed/height. Worked on flow, especially with my lazy vaults. Improved use of tic tacs, I was always afraid to do them over a railing or such. Tried it today, did it great. Worked on landings from height,...
